Or at least what is left of it. This was the family home of Lady Jane Grey, who was Queen for 9 days, before being declared a traitor & beheaded at the Tower of London. She wasn’t the first female to lose her life because of the ambition of her male relatives! The building on the far left is the chapel & it’s the only part completely intact.

@ilovelenses you can go round the ruins, but not every day. I think it’s something like one Sunday a month. Did you live in this area?
