There is a footpath through this field in Hackthorn that leads you right past these sheep. These lambs were actually quite big, so possibly the first of this years to be born. I was fortunate that this little one looked straight at me!
@phil_sandford We always shout mint sauce when we see a sheep!! On the Coast to Coast last Summer, the teenager decided sheep were trying to stare him out and that they were evil!
I was calling “Mint Sauce” loudly, so he could have been looking at me. Certainly a case of sheep worrying on my part
