Tongaparutu baches

A whole month behind in posting!! Groans! Plus I don't like uploading too many photos at once. Can't bore people!!
This was taken on a Saturday. Our daughter and her husband were going to bike the Timber Trail with their wee boy Rocky plus some friends. For the first day, the weather was meant to be not so good, plus Rocky wasn't so well and wasn't sleeping so good, so we offered to keep Rocky with us and then drive over with him so he could join them for the second day. It worked really well.
This photo was taken while we waited for roadworks at Tongaparutu.

Love those colourful batches lined up on the river Bank.. We got to stay in one of them a few years back.. Great experience..

@happypat - he loved the second day on the bike. They had a bike seat for him - was a bit tricky when he fell asleep on the bike though! They had to put him into a back pack.
