Colin was out to golf first thing this morning so it was just me to see Mum and Ian off on their journey back to Penzance. It was sad to see them go and I hope we see each other again sooner - at least before October when they will both come to us to travel to Florence!
For the rest of the day I did the washing of the bedding and towels ready for any other visitors in the future and in the afternoon we drove around so I could deliver one of my framed montages of Teddington which a woman had ordered from my Etsy site after my publicity splurge.
This is a photo of our Laburnum tree which is in full flower. Each year it comes out although we can see the trunk and branches have some rot so I am worried whether it will come down or if we should plan to take it down in the future.
