At last, a lie in after the ‘full-on’ run up to Christmas and entertaining over the past couple of days.
The main task of the day and one that Colin took on was to use the last of the turkey to create a stew/soup with a lot of root vegetables. There was rather a lot so we will be enjoying this over the next few months.
