A miserable cold wet market day in Great Eccleston.
Not many customers as you can see today! Just a quick shot as we picked up the bread order.
We are having a bit of a farewell party for Alex tonight with family and friends coming for a bit food and a goodbye chat.
She catches the train to London at lunchtime tomorrow ready for her Contiki trip around Europe.
We will miss her loads!
Might be struggling commenting tonight , sorry!
Three good things:
1. A good curry recipe in my book.
2. Glad to hear that the BBC had 400 complaints about Rita Ora's very low cut jacket on The One Show, it put me off my tea!
3. Standards will be kept!
Like that here as well - in fact not much market on - they must all be on holiday. Bit sad tomorrow but you'll be heading down under again before long.
Oh you will miss Alex, great that she is going on a Europe Contiki though.. looks a bit miserable for the Markets ,, profits down this week... I just looked at the Clip and I see what you mean.. she must of been a bit rushed when dressing and forgot the cammy...
Wet and blustery - not good for the street sellers but they have to be there! Sorry to see the last of the shots with Alex but the next family will arrive before you know it!
I love this shot of market day...bad weather and all.
Safe travels to Alex! It sounds like she has an exciting time ahead. I am quite sure you will hate to see her go, Pat. I know it has been just wonderful having her with you through the holidays.
Will have to Google Rita Ora and see if I can find out who she is and what created a stir. :)
@seanoneill hi Sean....lovely to see your name pop up.......hope you are well & all OK. I am still plodding on here, tough sometimes but love the company. I have no idea who three quarters of the people on TV are now....must be an age thing!
Same here Pat. Wet windy and not many stalls or customers. You have made sure Alex has had a wonderful time and will take so many happy memories with her but I'm sure you will miss her loads.
