Temple

My trip to our village beauty salon today for a spruce up before Christmas.
Beccy opened this salon not quite two years ago & has slowly built up her clientele to the point where you have to book appointments well ahead.
A great day today as she has extended into the vacant men's clothes shop next door. The first appointments in there today.
I took this photo of the new bit as I was sitting reading a magazine before my turn.
Interesting to see the new unused Podiatry chair in the background.
Rebecca sitting doing nails & Naoml watching.

My first iPhone photo on 365.

Three good things:
1. So lucky to have such various facilities in Great Eccleston.
2. I managed to find a parking place right outside!
3. Delicious recipes from James Martin Home Comforts at Christmas TV programme every afternoon.
How lucky to have this in the village Pat. We do have a nail bar now only other thing offered here are two tattoo parlours. Not quite my scene!
I agree about James Martin.

What a super black and white shot, and so interesting. Why Temple - is that the name of the shop?

@busylady I just thought then when I saw my title no one would know where that came from. You are right Judith Temple Beauty.

@beryl Ooh us women obviously know what's important Beryl! I sometimes wonder why it's so important as I'm not going out that much over Christmas! It does make one feel better though!

I like the b&w one - it emphasizes the figures better and the tiles on the floor. We have tons of hairdressers here but the one shop that opened for nails etc shut down due to no custom! Interesting!

Lovely capture.

@maggiemae Oh dear but I dare say you're not one to stress because you can't get your nails done? I never had my nails done ever & never wear nail varnish normally but I do like to get my cuticles done.

Very nice as well but I agree, I tend to like the colored version better though I am a fan of B/W

Lovely capture and particularly suited to B & W. If they tried to sort me out I would have to make a complete weeks booking. Thanks for following and I will reciprocate, perhaps I can put a smile in your day now and then.

You are right about rambling and might like the fact I have a blog called "The ramblings of a Mad Pensioner", I think this is a good example: http://theramblingsofamadpensioner.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/the-big-black-hairy-monster-under-my.html

@quietpurplehaze Colour version in my extras Hazel, I still prefer the colour one! Always colour for me, well almost always! I like other people's photos in b/w but once I have seen a colour version I'm sold!
