Still trying to post mostly black & white photos.
I must correct my post from yesterday. I started my twelfth year yesterday not thirteenth…got slightly muddled & thank you to @phil_howcroft for pointing it out.
Three good things:
1. A lovely day by the fire. We have never moved!
2. News of a new baby boy.
3. I have restarted my fit- bit….might help me get fitter……unsurprisingly I have only done 973 steps today so far! 😱
Pretty - I like Hawkshead. I have got a lot of mileage (literally) with my Fitbit - I'm using it for steps obviously, but also to monitor how much cardio exercise I'm getting - it tells me how many minutes I'm doing at a rate to get my heart beating healthily.
@boxplayer I used to wear mine all the time but since I’ve had a sore hip I discarded it but now I know my hip is sort of ok & I would like to lose a few pounds in weight I thought I would charge it up! Not a good start today!
Cobbled alleyways always create such intrigue , don't you think , nice shot in b/w . Have had a restful day today as its very wet and blustery outside !

As much walking as you normally do, I have a feeling that Fitbit will be getting a workout. We all deserve lazy days every now and then. ☺

One can just imagine the horse and cart clattering along here! I started in 2011 too so must be in my 12 year but that depends on the month of first posting!
Nice textures, this suits b&w very well. I didn't think about stopping my fitbit when I was in hospital, but I guess it just ran out of battery as I didn't have it with me.
