Preston Parish Church & Miller Arcade, two of the oldest buildings in Preston., this part of the town hasn't changed at all even the old loos are still in the same place ...done up of course ! They are the iron railings in the center of the photo & you go down steps to them.
The shop on the left is that horribly named French Connection to give it it's proper name !
Tunbridge Wells is our nearest town and rather like Preston, stunning buildings, really old when you look above the shop fronts.............we should do more like this open peoples eyes, lovely Pat you obviously carry your camera with you!!
Preston looking splendid in the sunshine here Pat! I haven't been in French Connection since they ran that add campaign (not a great loss as it's also over-priced and too young but I'd like them to know that I'm making a point!!)
Pat the shop may be 'French Connection', but this bit of Preston almost looks like a Parisian street scene , with the building design and loo railings ....don't you think ?
Haha, that "horribly named" FC has also invaded my town and I'm tickled by yr comment because I always thought it was horribly named everytime I walk past the shop! This is a nice shot and the place looks so clean...:)
