The Miller.

Bill grinds by hand different sorts of grain to produce flour. He had tipped the harvested grain into the neck of this grinder & the flour was coming out at the bottom.
Joan his wife had made different sorts of breads & scones which you could taste.

I knew this guy as I used to go to school with his sister so he let me have a go.
Must take ages to get enough for a loaf!!...ha ha , sorry!! His wifes produce looks good!! these guys are marvellous, setting up stalls and producing stuff to entertain the masses, i love it........great old fashioned values.......lovely shot Pat

@judithg yes Harry had a piece of bread & butter but when I had a go he stuck a big piece of cardboard in front with the word aprentice on!!
