I received a Mothers Day card today from New Zealand...love the way they promote them selves!

Their parcels & letters are always very pro tourist & usually with the NZ flag tin great prominence.

Pity our Royal Mail doesn't do the same.

Sounds like they posted it in plenty of time! Is their Mother's Day on the same date? When we lived in Canada, it was I think, in May so we always had problems.

Goodness its in 9 days time.......well done NZ although i do think we print loads of stamps commemorating our achievements, at the moment I think its a series of jane Austen.....must be a nightmare being a collector, so many new editions issued!!

@busylady NZ Mothers Day is sometime in May I think Judith, one daughter in Law sends me one for UK day & the other DIL sends me one for the NZ day so have both covered.
