What a brilliant shot. Wish I'd have taken it too. I'll let you know about the copyright thing in November. A friend of ours who is a retired lawyer is giving a talk at our photo club on that very subject.
I think you should be safe with this one though, you are not posting it for gain and you are not claiming it to be your photo and you have shown the photographers name and given them the credit and recognition. So all looks good to me.
