Not sure what I think of this one but I'm posting it anyway :-).
It was the colours that caught my eye. Every year around this time, the starlings, thrushes and blackbirds feast upon the red berries in the tree.

I like it - as you said - the colours! I wondered if maybe a crop at the top and bottom might enhance it? Just a thought that it might put more focus on the interesting textures as well as the colours. Cheers Rob
@robz Thanks. You are right I could crop even more, but I took this with the Canon G12 which is only 10 mega pixels so there wasn't really much room to crop more.
@helstor365 I think my last camera was a CannonPowershot -it was so easy to use and carry. I loved it but unfortunately treated it badly and it got big burn marks on the receptor....
