"No repose"...but It's good to remember what it feels like and know it may happen again one day! I'd rather have days that are "too full" than empty days when I wonder what I could or should be doing!
@Weezilou I couldn’t agree more. It’s a reminder for me on the hard days that ‘this too shall pass’ and choosing to find a good moment amidst it all. Doesn’t always work 😉 I’ve tried wallowing too!!
