Jerry’s ship’s reunion is in Dallas this year. They asked for “state themed” items for the silent auction. Our friend Tony laser engraved a photo of the ship (the USS Hornet) and the reunion info on a State of Texas shaped cutting board. I added a bottle of Texas wine. It seems everyone recognizes the shape of our state. Smile.
Ahhh, Tony and his marvelous skills! This makes such an incredibly beautiful auction item, I hope there will be at least two sheets of bidding paper to go with it! I'm a complete sucker for silent auctions! What a happy and uplifting event for Jerry!

@Weezilou everyone was already fighting over the basket the day we delivered it. I had Tony give me a handful of business cards because the ones who get outbid will likely want to purchase a cutting board. 😊
