When she came to us as a calf, she only had one horn, hence the name. It was so hot and while the others were grazing, she just stood in that little patch of shade. She has born at least five over the last few years.
Well done One Horn. Lets have more and more babies from you to make sure the species will continue to exist. We have lost too many species of animals already. And she is very cute, too, as is your shot.
@sdutoit They don't get names as they all look alike and one cannot tell them apart Sylvia. There will be twenty four when this little one arrives;-) @jgpittenger it is not surprising Jane, when one thinks that those long dangling legs have to be somewhere. They get up and walk as soon as they come out, quite a sight to witness ;-)
