My husband informs me this is called a Back Hoe. It has been working across the road on a property that has just been sold. Previously this land grazed beautiful horses that we watched from dawn to dusk. Now it is an unknown! The horses have gone, the fences have gone and the Back Hoe has Back Hoed!
He was putting it on to a big trailer pulled by a Mac Truck!
The blurred bits are grass that got in the way of my Zoom Zoom!
My favorite color is green so it was the GREEN that drew me to this pic like a moth to a flame. (OMG, did I really say that? So cheesy!) But it's true! The backhoe is awesome but the fuzzy green in the front is what attracted me to your pic! Holy crap, I bet I was a clueless moth in a former life! LOVE THIS PIC, can't you tell? hahahah!
@maggiemae Thanks a million, Maggie! When someone gives me grief about my free expression, I will spout out your comment which will hopefully allow them to "cut me some slack" like you do! And it's always appreciated! :))))))
Well it's a great capture, Maggiemae .... but I would wonder/dread what's coming. Give me the horses and pasture any day of the week. they can have their progress. Can't leave beautiful places alone anymore.
@marlboromaam@karenann I have some wonderful photos of the horses, in the snow, galloping round the paddock, peacefull grazing in the sunset! Oh, dear what is going to happen!
Hoe, hoe, hoe - 3 hookers in a bar (sorry my little joke).I have to agree with Terry - beautiful picture of the backhoe but the green leaves and grass bring the photo to life. You also have the contrast of light green and dark green working for you as well. I like it..........a lot.
