Nic Naks by maggiemae

Nic Naks

At the cottage we were staying in there were many treasures which remained undamaged while we were there, thank goodness. Heaven knows what would happen if there were unruly children staying here! This is a cheese dish and alongside Big Mama cow is what I think is a cream jug! They were made in Japan.
Cute capture. I'm sure if there were children, these wouldn't be out.

Wow ,love them and the shot ,Love nic naks.esp farm animals. When young my mom had a rooster, have been trying to find a cheap ceramic one. The ones I have found have cost way too much. the Bw is great in this shot!!

@brillomick It was the best to do here - b&w as the tablecloth had bright red and other colours on it which took away the impetus!

Great b&w

I love these cow jugs. Looks like a nice day where you are too.

I love the way you've posed the cow tableware,. I have a plain white cow pitcher but mine is sitting down. She came from a restaurant in NYC -- no, I didn't slip her into my purse. I'm so upstanding now. So proper. We won't talk about my stoneware German beer mugs from a certain DC restaurant.

What a cute set! Although here in the states the cheese dish would be a butter dish:)

@thendrix58 they actually are black and white and the tablecloth had all colours in it so it was good to be able to choose B&W, Terry. I would love them too!
