Could this be Irish?

I am not sure what this school was presenting as a item in the "once a year" masquerade parade but loved the green hats. This was in Nelson and taken during our recent visit there. They were one of about 20 schools who entered this parade competition.

Nice shot! It looks like at least one of the kids isn't happy that they have to walk around with red wigs and green hats on! Very festive!
