Me....3

Taken very easily with "Photo Booth on the computer. You don't have to have a tripod or keep it steady.
This is to show the way I'm wearing my hair now with no fringe to hide the lines or freckles! Its also going grey and I'm going to let it go!

You DONT have to say nice things!
@gijsje @pamknowler @summerfield @happypat. Now you lot, try something new...ish (if you are nervous)!

@summerfield Now don't lay it on too thickly, Vikki or my brain will swell and then my forehead will loom! lol

@maggiemae - i'm telling the truth. i'm too old to be saying nice things when they're not true. it's the old people's privilege to be frank and direct. we've earned it! :-)

Why are you holding your head? You look great Maggiemae! Although I think I prefer your hair in your lovely profile photo.
March 11th, 2015
@pamknowler Yes, I think it might be a bit severe.
March 11th, 2015
It definitely gives you a different look! With you holding your ears like that you look like one of those monkeys hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil!

Well, I just gave my hair a GI as my dad would call it...very short! My friends all say why would you cut all that lovely hair.... Because it is easy to keep up! Great shot of yourself @maggiemae

@grammyn I could have put dark glasses on and tape over my mouth, do you mean, Katy!
March 11th, 2015
@maggiemae Now that would be a shot! Then you could have been all THREE!
March 11th, 2015
Confidence!

Awesome shot

You look lovely. Love your smile and the softness that glows around you.
March 11th, 2015
Well for a start you have no wrinkles & next you have lovely thick hair & next you have a great smile & next you look great & we can see your whole face!
I wear mine with a fringy bit because my hair line isn't as good as yours & just help the colour along because I have always done so these last 20 years or so ....you are consorting with nature & being your natural self which is the best thing to do! Up in the night again!!

@happypat Oh, Pat - I don't know how you get out of bed without waking Harry! I can't do that - not with Harry of course but John.!! I never thought about the hairline but on revisiting this shot, I think its very schoolmarmish and I probably need to tell someone off! lol

You look great, Maggiemae. I love your hair and the shape of your face. I wish I looked as good as you do. I could not sit and do this.

@darsphotos ...do not say 'can't' Darlene! I bet your face has something in it that you perhaps don't see. Eyes, mouth tell a lot about someone's beauty!
March 11th, 2015
I love your complexion, you look to have beautiful skin.
March 11th, 2015
@claireuk tons of freckles, Claire - I suppose thats not all bad nowadays!
March 11th, 2015

You have such a lovely kind face!
March 11th, 2015
Fabulous MaggieMae. I love this selfie. You look so good. I can't remember the last time I put colour through my hair. It was when a good friend said my skin tone was changing and I was spoiling it with my black hair dye! Miffed me at the time but she was spit on..
March 11th, 2015
@ceilidh Hopefully she wasn't spit on, Margaret - lol I think our skin does change as we get older. Can wear or not wear certain colours!

I think we should just be ourself, and be gone to anyone who can't accept the changes of age. It's nice to see the real you.
