This tiny village (no shop) sits on the eastern side of the Canterbury coast in the South Island of NZ. Fishing is serious here and all ages cast their rods at the trout that could be in these waters.

A lovely photo story, your fisherman is very obvious there as he fishes, you can clearly see his fishing rod. Son & DIL are in Dunsandal this weekend. They flew down for joint house warming, engagement & birthday celebrations.
Certainly looks relaxing and remote. And yet, I'll bet you wouldn't have to go too far before coming across a discarded McDonald's wrapper....just kidding. Hope that's far from reality.
