I breathed a sigh of relief on Sunday as I thought all the winter sports had finally come to an end. We start each season full of enthusiasm but after two terms of weekends tied up with sports it's nice when it comes to an end. Georgina and her team had an awesome game of netball on Saturday (that's her shooting and, yes, she scored it) to finish their season on a high. Eleanor played a friendly game of hockey to give the opposition some practice before they go to a tournament.
And I thought that was it but today I've had an email to say Eleanor's hockey team may play another friendly next Sunday. But that's OK because it'll be a bit more local so we won't have to drive for two hours or more to get to it.
