I've seen videos of bulls pawing (hoofing?) at the ground but I think this may be a cow. She was kicking up a loads of dust and looked ready to charge.

I watched earlier this morning a video of a farmer in Holland who let the cows out after they have been inside this whole winter time. He still had part of the field with large humps of sand. The cows did not ran to the grassy field instead were playful and wild in the sand. They jumped, dig and ran around. It was so funny to see, It reminded me seeing your capture.
