Only two more days of Architectural August and I'm realizing how quickly this month has gone by. It's been fun to dig through the archives and find a few shots that really deserved to be posted and to take advantage of our trip down to Doylestown last weekend to grab some more current shots. So for the last two days, I'm sticking close to home. We've got some great neighbors and their homes occasionally show up in my project. Last winter I was taking advantage of a milder day (it was a VERY COLD winter!) and playing around with my crystal ball. No, not seeing into the future (I don't subscribe to that) but seeing our neighbor Charlie's house in a whole new way!
I prefer the shot I took in November 2014 over this one which was shot in February this year, but other than that tree smack in the middle of the reflection in the ball, I do like the way the wheelbarrow is completely erased by the ball in this view so that you only see its reflection inside the ball!
Thank you Sylvia, Pyrrhula, Nina, Jen, Taffy, Jim, Nicole, and Katy! These things are so much fun to play with!
