I spotted this happy fellow on the side of the road while on my way home from work. He's just a few doors down from where I live.

@onewing I took them to be hands/arms. The angle doesn't really show how far they stuck out.

@ludwigsdiana I think they're arms and the swirl was supposed to be like the wind- at least in my mind it was.
