As many of you will know I missed my footing while leaving a party at a friend's house on the 10 August. I ended up in ED at hospital to put my fractured and dislocated wrist back into place.
When we returned home the next day there was a beautiful bunch of roses on the doorstep from our friends.
Yesterday I managed to pick up my camera for the first time since my accident and took this photo one handed. I have only managed to take a couple of photos with my phone up to now.
The roses look as beautiful today as they did 10 days.
I am a bit limited in checking out 365 at the moment but thank you so much for your lovely comments and favs for my photos. I am trying to keep up with your photos and may not be able to comment on each photo, but I do look at them.
Beautiful and amazing that they have lasted so well. Pleased to hear you are able to do a little more. Stop worrying about not being able to comment we all understand!
They are very pretty and looking as though you will have many more hours pleasure from them. Take care of yourself and don't worry about not commenting, it's understandable.
Beautifully clear crisp shot. There are easier ways to get flowers though. Perhaps you shouldn't have had so much water with it at the party and then you wouldn't have felt it!
Beautiful picture. Speedy recovery. I know that feeling of wanting to take photos...Last year on the 1 st of July I've been in an car crash and nearly lost my eye. Thanks to God I still can see.
@annied@quietpurplehaze@beachdog@loweygrace Thanks they are still going well. I am feeling ok. wrist isn't too painful, just aches a bit by the end of the day. will have the slab for a couple more weeks I should think. Got to go back to the hospital on Tuesday, Getting quicker at doing things one handed.
