Wiggly Worms
As promised here are the wiggly worms that David was photographing in yesterday's shot.
They are about 3 or 4 inches long (7 or 10 cm) and this is a screen grab of a video he was taking of the worms.

Apparently they are some sort of bristle worms and you can't see the bristles in this picture very well so I will post a close up later today.
These worms are just under the water in the shallows at the beach. You can see in yesterday's photo the area where David is photographing them.
Apparently the bristles can break off and can sting any unsuspecting foot which treads on them. Quite painful too I believe.
