No photos today as the weather has gone so cold and wet.
We arrived home yesterday from our holiday in New Zealand and quite a few of our group have returned with terrible colds and coughs. It hit me yesterday and today I am feeling as though I have died and they have dug me up again.
Trying to catch up with unpacking, but too wet today to do any washing.
Yesterday was so hot and the temperature was 39 degrees and today it has dropped to 21 degrees. I expect the firemen are thankful as this fire has been on the go for a few days I believe.
Not the best pictures in the world but they were taken from a moving bus as we were on our way back to the bay yesterday.
The bushfire was so bad there were three helicopters water bombing the fire.
I will be posting some of my holiday photos on the days we were away, no need to comment on them as they are just a record of our holiday.
My holiday photos start on the 8th December if you are interested though. http://365project.org/onewing/365/2015-12-08 I will post a few at a time until I have filled in the gaps.
It is difficult to pick one photo for each day, so I think early next year I will do a topics album like I did some of the time last year to show some of my holiday photos.
Will catch up on your photos when I get chance and hopefully I will be feeling a bit better tomorrow.
Bushfires are such bad news. I do hope the firemen manage to get it under control and that no one was hurt. And you sound to be feeling just terrible. Hope you recover very soon.
Great captures Babs, well done under difficulty. The trio give a good impression of bushfire action. Take care of yourself, a double single malt is very helpful for colds.
