Transport

I have been out for our regular 'girlie lunch' today with friends and today's lunch was at the Surf Club at Birubi.

As we were leaving I noticed this horse and trap returning from a ride along the beach.

In the distance you can see one of the tour busses that takes tourists on sand safaris over the dunes and if you look right off into the distance you will see a tiny black speck where a lone person is sandboarding.

I think this picture really emphasises the vastness of the dunes.
Quite a mystical feel to this shot!

Crikey Babs, I thought it was snow at first! A completely new photo of Australia, I knew of course there were very dry parts but never connected so much sand to your area......fascinating!

Three different worlds - all oblivious of each other and on the same landscape. This is such a fascinating photo. One wants to zoom in and take a look at each of the activities in detail, but the overview is fantastic.
