Vanguard Vikings

We have been out most of the day today with our walking group and out for lunch too so have only just got home.

Here is another collage from the Clans on the Coast Festival.

The chain mail worn by the chap in the top left picture is the real deal and incredibly heavy. The helmets are heavy too and the swords are pretty sharp so I am sure that any one of the Vanguards could sustain serious injury if they weren't careful.

Fav Babs I went to a similar event in August a medieval Day it was a fantastic Day the best part was the Witch and the jousting can not wait to get internet connection back on my laptop so i can upload my photos its lovely to be back amongst my friends here on 365 Gerry
