I am posting a bit early today because I have had a lazy day at home and have been trying to catch up with 365.
It has been another very hot, dry day here and I am so pleased I can stay indoors in the cool rather than be outside. The sun is so hot today.
After making a globe photo a few days ago along with lots of other people on 365, I went back to the website http://funny.pho.to/ and had a go at creating a fractal photo. This is the result and I am quite pleased with it. It has turned out much better than I anticipated. I am sure I will be returning to try out some of the other creative ideas.
@beryl@carole_sandford Yes I thought kaleidoscope too, but on the website it is listed as a crazy fractal and there is a kaleidoscope design next to it but I tried that one and it didn't come out as dramatic as this. It doesn't quite have the Mandelbrot mathematic fractal design does it, but I still like the effect whatever they want to call it on the website, ha ha.
Bans...this looks exactly the same as my photo lab app! Did you use it on your phone or computer? Mine is on my phone.
Your photo came out fantastic for using a grater and wrapping paper! I took flower photos or my Xmas ornaments and changed the photo.
This is fun! Ribbet (another free on-line program) has something like this too- but I think it's part of their premium stuff which you do have to pay for. Anyway- rambling there! The grater was a perfect subject for this effect!
@louisanoffke It started out as a photo of a cheese grater with coloured paper reflected on it and then processed in this website. http://funny.pho.to/ it is so easy to use and it does the work for you. This came under Creative Photo Effects and I used the crazy fractal link although it does look more like a kaleidoscope
@thistle @golftragic You don't need to be creative, the website does it all for you. http://funny.pho.to/

@gardenfolk I used my computer.
