Water Sports

No photos today, David and I both had medical appointments which have taken up most of the day.

I took this photo at the weekend when the temperature was around 30 degrees C and very humid. As you can see the Wibit Sports was very popular.

It has finally rained today and the temperature has dropped to around 21 degrees c, but although some rain has fallen it only registered 1 mm on our rain gauge. The rain has only barely wet the surface. We desperately need lots more.

They have one of those on Rutland water in the summer. Apparently it's very expensive but it always seems to be popular like yours:)

We had one of these at Rockingham Beach last year. It was right on the drop off and often referred to as McDonald's for sharks :)

I think this structure will disappear again soon now the summer holidays are over. It is very popular though.
It is trying to rain again today, but not enough to even wet the ground.

@megpicatilly @hermann @helenhall Medical appointments are okay, I just had to have further tests on my oesophagus because the muscles don't work and David had a BCC cut out from just in front of his ear.

@merrelyn I loved your comment Merrelyn. Luckily we haven't seen any sharks on this side of the bay, but a few dolphins checked it out.
