What a Difference a Day Makes

The good thing about winter in Australia is that it isn't winter every day as you will see in these two photos.

The two pictures are at the beach close to our house and yesterday the low sky hovered around until about 1 pm as you can see in the top picture. The temperature was about 15 degrees C for most of the day.

The bottom picture was taken this afternoon on my way home from the cinema and the temperature reached 19 degrees C.

That is the wonderful thing about Australia. It is never grey for long, that sunshine is always just around the corner. Lovely.

The foggy day wasn't too cold but the low sky did hang around for longer than usual. Even though it looked quite atmospheric it was lovely to see the sunshine again and catch up on the washing too.
