For those of you who saw yesterday's model photo you will see that the poor chap has now been replaced with this new model.
It was clear in the last photo that his days were numbered, but this new chap has quite sinister looking eyebrows in my opinion, at least he has all his limbs though.
I expect the last chap is now heading for the tip. All things come to an end I suppose, but it was sad to see him go.
Are you supposed to sleep in that thing? My word a real passion killer that is! The chap is a better example of Australia manhood but yes hi eyebrows are going to take off & he also has a hair slide on top of his head! I will follow his career with fascination! š¤£
I like the story you made up with the two posts (yesterday's and today's). So the old guy after serving faithfully for so many years has been dumbed and into the rubbish bin to make way to this one. I, too, don't like this one's bushy eyebrows but he is whole at least.
Well so long to the former chap. I have seen new sleep apnea devices that are much smaller. Too bad they are not showing the newer model. This mask looks like I would be gasping for air. I hate to have my nose covered..
I was like @pusspup and had to look back. Amazing that they were advertising a sleep mask and the poor chap had no arms. This is what the mask does, it seems. You lose your arms! But not here - chap looks rather pale which maybe because he's been asleep over the last winter!
@casablanca I wonder how long this chap will last.
@inthecloud5 I will keep an eye on him and see how long he lasts intact.
@fbailey I hope so too, it is school holidays now so he could lose an arm or two if kids decide to pull him apart.
@happypat I think the later CPAP machines aren't quite as cumbersome but still pretty uncomfortable to wear at night I should imagine. Of course this isn't all the equipment, there is a tube going from the mast to the actual CPAP machine. God knows what happens if you turn over in the night.

@girlie He does look a bit creepy doesn't he.
@sangwann I don't like this chaps eyebrows either, I will have to keep an eye on him and see how long he lasts.
@henrir they can't really put one of the newer masks on him or somebody might pinch it. They don't come cheap I believe.
@mittens @merrelyn @julienne1 @craftymeg @carolmw @seattlite @susiemc @pusspup @flowerfairyann @maggiemae @pyrrhula @kwind @olivetreeann @golftragic @novab @annied @gmonty @gamelee I hope this new chap lasts a while. His name tag says his name is Julian and he is wearing the previous chaps trousers too.
