Timing

I am posting a bit early today because we are out this evening.

Here is another photo from Morpeth.

I heard this boat coming along the river and rushed to get in line with the bridge so I could take the photo as it reached the centre. Maybe I should have clicked the shutter just a second earlier, but the boat was moving really quick.

Thanks for your comments and favs. A second or two earlier for this photo would have been better, but I saw the boat coming, scrabbled down the river bank, which was quite steep, ran to the centre of the bridge to capture the boat in the right place and only had one chance at a photo. I was lucky to get this without falling in the river. No photographers were injured in the taking of this photo
