After a whole month without rain it has finally poured down. It poured with rain yesterday and is still bucketing down today. We desperately needed the rain though, so not complaining, but it has gone so cold.
I took this photo at Little Beach from inside the car. You can see the picnic table on the left, barbeque on the right and the jetty in the distance. I guess there will be no picnic or barbeque today.
@peadar I lived in Lancashire for 16 years so I know only too well how much rain falls there. That's why I have webbed feet now ha ha. We desperately need the rain here though, it hasn't rained here since July until yesterday.
Yay for the rain, we always love rain. With the hurricane Dorian heading to Florida, we might get a little rain, we are quite a distance northwest of Florida though. I like rain drop scenes.
@olivetreeann Indeed, the rain is very welcome. We were dreading the warmer weather as the bushfire season has started already. At least the rain will damp down the undergrowth in bushland
@kjarn It was getting so dry up here and we were threatened with water restrictions too.

@happypat Indeed Pat. I don't mind the rain but it is the cold I hate. Only reached 13 degrees yesterday and we aren't used to that.
