Another Storm Brewing

Yesterday I posted a photo along the foreshore taken after a storm, but I also took this photo a few minutes later facing in the other direction, and as you can see another storm was on its way.

Luckily the second storm skirted round our area mainly and I managed to get home before the rain actually came down.

Today the sun is shining and I have managed to do the washing and get it dried.

As pretty as it is, it sure does look like a massive storm. The lighting is really interesting and the clouds look so heavy it's surprising they are floating. Great shot!

I was taking the shot of the setting sun just off the left of this picture when I turned round and saws this. I love how the low sunlight was lighting up the boats but obviously couldn't compete with the black clouds.

@thistle01 I did get home before the rain came down. Our house is just off to the right hidden in the trees, but just out of shot of this picture.

@casablanca I do love watching a good storm.
