Sorry I have been absent the last couple of days, but we have had back to back medical appointments and I have been rather shattered.
I have also had my 3 monthly B12 injection today, I have to have a flu vaccine on Friday and my first Covid vaccine is booked for the 20 May. My arms are going to be sore I reckon, so do you think I can convince
David that I will be exempt from housework for the next few weeks.
I took this photo at Tanilba House when we were there a few weeks ago and as I haven't had chance to process any of the photos taken on Sunday yet I thought I would post this today.
Simply stunning artwork and collage Babs, nice to hear your now full of Cobalamin and are getting your Covid vaccination, we have had both our Pfizer jabs, test negative and think positive:)
Very cool!
My B12 was non existent for 20 years. I became vegetarian and I didn’t know I needed to supplement with B12. I do now and for the last 9 years. Good luck with your Covid vaccine. I had no symptoms or a sore arm. I got the Pfizer. However my arm hurt for a week with the shingles vaccines and a few days with the pneumonia vaccines. An ice pack helps a lot.
Feeling much better now I have had my 3 monthly top up.
