Father and son

Chicago zoo 2017 again. I loved watching these monkeys sorting through each others fur. Not sure what monkeys these are - they have red faces but I liked the image in B&W for a change.

Resting my foot today after a really bad night. Ice packs and rolling pin seem to be a recommended treatment but I suspect it will be a long time healing. I had cortisone injections in my heal many years ago when I had plantar fasciitis before. It was unbelievably painful and I have to say didn't make much difference. Not trying that again!! I have lost 61/2 lbs in the last 2 weeks and I hope to keep this up as I know it will help. Very frustrated!!

Along with the boot and Evenup leveler for the good foot, I wore the Strassburg sock every night. Again, hoping the pain eases up very soon!
