Chicago Zoo 2017 again. I have no idea what this beautiful bird is - any ideas? What fabulous colours!!
My foot was feeling a lot better this morning so we took the boys for a very early walk in the woods before it got too hot. Unfortunately as I was walking I felt something go again under my heal and now it's like walking on a pin. I have had plantar fascittus before (still can't spell it!!) but now I have it back with a vengeance!! So annoying as I thought it was improving this morning. It's getting me down as it is very painful at night and disturbs my sleep.
Advise from someone who tried every remedy available for 10 months... the cure for me was a walking boot! So sorry you’re going through this! The pain was often unbearable!
@loweygrace I’ll get my walking boots out and give them a go! I’ll try anything - my heal is so painful! Even in bed- I cannot stand the back of my heal to touch the bed!
@pamknowler Hoping you find relief soon! If you try your boot - another suggestion is to get an Evenup shoe balancer/leveler for the other foot. My opposite hip hurt walking with the boot higher than my sneaker and the Evenup made all the difference!
