Another wonderful sight on the beach as the tide went out were the White Egrets. Again I was too far away to get a really good closeup - sooooo frustrating!! Every time I tried to get close they took off and went a bit further down the beach. I just loved this shot as it looked liked he was talking to the other bird. I have never seen Egrets or Herons on a beach before. Is this a common sight?
