"This is heaven!! No lead!! I can run out of the front door without waiting for Pam to shout "walk Finlay". I have a girlfriend in the farmyard a beautiful labrador called Purdy - we are in love - and we go chasing each other round the field by the lake. She comes to knock for me in the mornings!! I love it here - especially this morning as there were loads of geese on the grass near the lake and I chased them and they all flew away shouting at me - such fun!!"
Many thanks for all your great comments on yesterday's shots - especially the moon shot which was such a lovely surprise last night.
Bad news this morning as my sister Barbara stood up and has put her back out. She is in a lot of pain and is laying on her bed after taking pain killers. Nothing worse than feeling rough when you are away from home. Mind you the way she is now not sure she could do a 5 hour car journey. Fingers crossed she is feeling better by Friday. Finlay and I are making the most of the grounds around the farm and lake.
Your little man has a very determined look on his face....off to find Purdy?
Hope Barbara gets her back into shape before you have to travel home. Enjoy the rest of your holiday :)
Wonderful shot of Finlay seriously engaged in running. I'm sorry about your sister, what a thing to happen when one is supposed to be enjoying a holiday. Hope she feels better soon.
