31st October 2014 - Mrs Blackbird

This female jumped onto the back of one of the chairs right outside the window. I took a quick shot but the background was much too bright to see the bird properly. So a bit of tweaking in PS and then in NikEfex Pro and I managed to retrieve the detail of the bird.

Many thanks for all your lovely comments on my new car especially all your good wishes. I am really looking forward to going to Derbyshire on Sunday with Finlay. I can't wait to get away from the fireworks!! It is Halloween today yet there are constant fireworks going off this evening. I don't understand!! Poor Finlay is a nervous wreck!!
