Did you know you don't have to delete? If you go to picmonkey from inside the shot's page (on the right in the Photo details box where it says 'edit with picmonkey' and open it, then click in picmonkey on the button on the upper left that says "open" and open the one you want to post instead, and then click 'save' it will save the updated version. That way you can actually work in LR and still post the new one on the same page via picmonkey!
@paulaw I didn't either and happened on it accidentally -- someone said they did it and I experimented with a shot that didn't have much in the way of comments and didn't mean anything, but it worked!
