George is growing fast and today I took his lead off for the first time in the woods. I have only done it before on our local field. I was so pleased with him as his recall was really good. We passed a large group of pre-school children with their "minders" and they were all excited to see the two white dogs. George wanted to rush into the group but came back straight away at my command!! Good boy!!
Luckily I had him back on the lead as we approached the car park because he spotted a squirrel and started to bark at it. I don't think he would have listened to my recall!!
