Unknown plant

The gardens around our holiday home have been planted with many beautiful shrubs. Once they all take hold the flower beds will all look fabulous. I know many of the shrubs but both Barbara and I do not know what this is. Not sure I like it but I would like to know what it is. Any ideas?
