Just a shot for the record so don't worry about commenting.
George decided he wanted to get into the lake. He was on the lead which I have cloned out. I think he would have set off for a swim if I hadn't pulled him back. The cool water probably helped to sooth his feet which he had been chewing again overnight. By the time we got back to the car he was covered in black dirt from the path and I had to give him a bath when we got home.
Finlay went in but literally just got his toes wet. He is not too keen on water!! He also had a bath when we got home as I thought it would keep them cool in the heat.
