While searching the web to see if my eagle photo was somewhere else on the web and trying to find out why it was being targeted for spam messages I had to go back to find the original image. It took me back to Nova Scotia 2016 and a fabulous holiday with Louise and Ken @weezilou. I even found some eagle shots which I had never processed. What wonderful memories of some magical moments seeing bald eagles flying so close!! A breathtaking experience!!
wow this is wonderful - did you find anything that might explain why they are targeting that one eagle post? how many times has it happened? I did see your post in the blog - quite odd!
@koalagardens I think there have been six different people putting spam messages on the same eagle image. Different web sites on each one but perhaps it’s the same people? I have restricted the image to Private now as someone suggested so hopefully it will stop.
@maggiemae I really don’t understand how they do it Maggiemae but it seems people can steal your images and use them elsewhere on the web. I don’t think that has happened in my case as when I used the search link Northy gave me it said it couldn’t be found anywhere else. I was just getting comments added which were obviously spam directing me to different sites. Ross normally deletes these people. It’s just odd that all the spam comments were on the same old eagle image.
