Took this with my phone as I entered Sainsbury this evening to get my weekly food - didn’t need much, milk and some strawberries. They had milk.
5 minutes after getting back to my accommodation, dinner in the oven, I received a text from my client - “given the briefing by the PM, if you do not need to be in ### tomorrow and can work from home, do so.” I swapped a quick text exchange, the upshot was “go home to your family Phil” and as such have packed up the flat and have driven the 4 hours home to Carole. I have a client laptop and will be working from home and #socialdistancing with immediate effect until told otherwise.
You too. The good news is that if you remember the Diamond Princess cruise ship? 3,711 people on board including crew, many of whom were seniors with varying health issues. Only 696 people caught it, despite being on board together sharing air con while it began to circulate. Therefore not everyone catches this. Just an encouraging thought for you and anyone else.

@casablanca Agreed. I also know that some 50% of those on that cruise ship who tested positive had no symptoms. That said, it wasn’t a true sample as there were incredibly few young people and no pregnant women.
@phil_sandford If you can manage to be a pregnant woman, I will be super impressed!! Interesting statistic on the asymptomatic. We shall watch and wait......all the best!
