Haze's Strangers: No. 2: Sandra

I met Sandra at the sculpture park at Pallington Lakes where she works as a volunteer. She told me she loves it there and her other passions are swimming, walking, cycling and gardening.
A wonderful shot Hazel showing the true grit and character of this honest face ! A big FAV

A beautiful portrait. When you were at Moreton you were only 3 miles away from our house.

@thresheg

We stayed in Weymouth B&B for just one night but hope to return perhaps in the spring so maybe we could have a small meet up?

Lovely shot, it is fun talking to strangers isn't it.

I love the idea of this project... although it is very daunting. Good for you! She has wonderful hazel eyes. I like that she has lines of life on her face, well-earned from living. Crystal clear focus on the central area of her face, with a nice diffuse softness in the background.

@phil_howcroft

I took 6 shots and Sandra gave a full smile in this one. The background is the wood of the building housing the gallery etc.
I'm going to pace myself by your posts so as not to get carried away. So in Littlehampton this coming week I'll be looking for strangers!!
